What a smart cooler is
A smart cooler is a glass-door fridge with a lock and a camera. Tap a card, phone or corporate badge, the door unlocks, you take what you want, you close the door. Cameras and weight sensors work out what left the shelf and the charge posts to the card on file. No kiosk, no PIN, no line.
Because it is a fridge, not a coil machine, it holds real food: salads, sandwiches, yogurt, protein drinks, fruit, dinner-ready entrees, alongside the chips and candy people still want at 3pm.
Why Dallas offices are switching
People work odd hours. Logistics teams in Irving, engineers in Plano, clinics in Richardson. A cooler that is open at 11pm keeps them in the building.
The data does the stocking. We see what sells in real time and restock two to three times a week from a Carrollton route. Popular items do not run out; slow movers do not go to waste.
Zero capital cost. We own the cooler, the software and the servicing. You supply an outlet and wifi.

What it costs
